“Fantastic tour, totally organized. Bob our tour manager produced information sheets before we went with almost every minute of the day accounted for even platform numbers for each train. Lucy our rep on board was exceptional above and beyond her job. Having been on many big cruise ships Arnadeus Star compared well with Cunard, crew were amazing. “Everything was up to the standard of our first experience with GRJ in 2023 There was an issue with transfer times on the first day getting to Davos that some older customers found very difficult.The guide was new to the company but she had a great can do approach and remained calm and kind under extreme pressure from disgruntled customers
