Itinerary
We meet our fellow travellers and Tour Manager at London Heathrow airport ready to board our flight.
Travelling, we can begin to look forward to our southeast Asian adventure that will take in the delights for which Vietnam and Cambodia are renowned. An S-shaped strip of land, Vietnam winds down the coast of the South China Sea for more than a thousand miles. It has become a bucket-list destination for many people who are drawn to the country's golden sand beaches, lush jungle and delicious cuisine. Neighbouring Cambodia also borders Thailand and is renowned for its capital, Phnom Penh, a modern city awash with ancient and 20th-century history, and the sprawling Khmer temples around Siem Reap.

The your in itself was and is a 6 stars. We just found that the majority of our fellow travellers did nothing but complain. It’s in the title “Tour” and that’s just what you get. Except the majority of our fellow travellers wanted to rest by the pool, while we wanted to explore everything that Vietnam and Cambodia had to offer. Unfortunately because we were the minority a lot of effort was made to get people “to the pool”. Personally we would preferred to spend more time exploring. If you’re a cruise person. Like chilling by the pool for the majority of your holiday and then explore for a full day. The return to the pool. Please stick with your cruise!! This is a tour and yes you will be travelling on a train!!

You need a certain amount of energy for this 19 day tour as you are often on the move, staying often not more than 2 nights at each hotel. However, if you want to get a real feel of therse two countries the tour certanly ticks that box. Many local experiences and you have your local tour guide to explain and answer questons - excellent
